Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At AK Explore and Experience LLP, we are committed to providing memorable and hassle-free travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change due to unforeseen reasons. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our services.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund schedule will apply unless stated otherwise in your specific booking agreement:

Time of Cancellation (Before Departure)	Refund Eligibility
More than 30 days	90% refund (after deducting processing fees)
15 – 30 days	50% refund of the total tour cost
7 – 14 days	25% refund of the total tour cost
Less than 7 days or No Show	No refund applicable

Note: Some tours, especially those involving flight tickets, hotel bookings, or third-party arrangements, may have separate refund rules governed by the respective supplier. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by AK Explore and Experience LLP

In the unlikely event that a tour or service is cancelled by AK Explore and Experience LLP due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, low participation, political instability, government restrictions, etc.), customers will be offered one of the following options:

• A full refund of the amount paid; or
• The option to reschedule or transfer the booking to another tour or future date.

4. Refund for Flights, Hotels, and Visa Services

Refunds for services such as air tickets, hotel reservations, and visa processing depend on the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, or embassies.

• Air Ticket Refunds: Subject to airline fare rules.
• Hotel Bookings: Based on hotel cancellation policies.
• Visa Processing Fees: Strictly non-refundable once the application is submitted.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after receiving a written cancellation request.

All refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

• Service and booking fees
• Visa application and processing fees
• Travel insurance premiums
• Taxes or government fees already paid
• No-show or partially utilized tour services

7. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control—such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, or government-imposed restrictions—refunds or rescheduling options will depend on the policies of our suppliers and service partners.
